California is once again facing worsening drought conditions that, left unchecked, will ultimately lead to actions by local municipalities negatively affecting the pool, spa & hot tub industry as well as consumers.

The California Pool & Spa Association is actively engaged in combatting the misinformation that leads to bad legislative decisions, but this is a large scale battle, and we ALL must work together, armed with facts and information, to educate our local lawmakers.
